Short, honest answers
Can I book yet?
Flights can already be test-booked – nothing is charged and no real ticket is issued. Hotels and packages are still sample offers. Real bookings follow after launch.
What does M21 Reisen cost me?
Searching and comparing is free. If a booking includes our own fees, they are part of the total price and visible before you book.
Who is my contractual partner?
The tour operator or provider named in the offer. M21 Reisen compares and arranges, but is not a tour operator itself.
How do I cancel or change a trip?
The terms are shown on the offer. Changes and cancellations go through the provider – you'll find their contact details in your booking confirmation. If you get stuck, write to us and we'll help.
How does quick search work?
Just describe your trip in one sentence, e.g. “Mallorca in July for two, 7 nights, up to €1500”. Quick search detects destination, dates, travellers and budget and fills in the search form – right on your device.
Do I need an account?
Not for searching, comparing or saving. To book you need a free customer account – then we fill in your details automatically, you see all bookings under “My trips” and the AI advisor greets you personally. You can delete your account at any time.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
One click on “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of every email. Your address is then deleted.

M21 Reisen compares travel offers and refers you to the respective providers. Travel contracts are concluded exclusively with the tour operator or provider named in the offer. That provider is responsible for services, changes and cancellations.
